Intended use
Medevidex is designed for healthcare professionals, researchers, and medical students to query their own medical literature using AI-assisted retrieval. The platform is intended for personal professional use — clinical reference, research, and continuing education.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Medevidex to:
- —Redistribute, republish, or make publicly available any copyrighted content processed through the platform
- —Systematically scrape, extract, or download content from the platform for use outside your personal workspace
- —Upload content that you do not have lawful access to, or that violates the rights of any third party
- —Attempt to access other users' documents, data, or accounts
- —Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the platform in a manner that degrades performance for other users
- —Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or unrelated to legitimate professional or educational use
- —Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Each account is for individual use. Sharing an account across multiple people or using a single account to serve an organisation is not permitted under the Free or Basic plans.
Fair use of resources
Credits and storage are allocated per your subscription plan. Attempting to circumvent credit limits, create multiple free accounts, or abuse the system in ways that consume disproportionate resources is not permitted.
We design our limits to be generous for normal professional use. If you consistently need more capacity, consider upgrading your plan rather than working around the limits.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on the severity and nature of the violation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases of severe abuse.
